4.1 Each Member may hold only one Account on z786. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly in the event of any change. z786 bears no responsibility for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — is your sole responsibility.
z786 is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Verification documents may be requested at the time of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time at z786's discretion. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required.
4.5 z786 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant without providing reasons, at its sole and absolute discretion.
5.1 All Account balances on z786 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via supported payment methods — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard — are credited in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
5.2 z786 does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of a third party. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered solely in your own name.
5.3 z786 does not pay interest on any Account balance, irrespective of the duration for which funds are held.
An Account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. z786 will notify the Member by email prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. The applicable fee schedule is published in the Platform's Help Centre and may be amended from time to time upon reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to fund the Account and registered in your name. z786 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:
5.6 z786 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.1 z786 offers various promotional incentives to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over this Section where there is any conflict.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in individual promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 9.3 The z786 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to z786. You may not use any z786 mark in any manner without prior written consent.

10.3 In no event shall z786's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Services exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting z786 customer support. Pending wagers and any applicable bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed at the time of closure. Real Money Funds not subject to any outstanding restriction will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
12.2 z786 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z786 holds its international gaming licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and z786 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting z786 customer support.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitral institution, applying its then-current arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration.
